Common questions

Does ChurnHalt work with annual subscriptions?

Right now, ChurnHalt focuses on monthly subscribers. All churn analysis, risk scoring, and revenue-at-risk calculations are based on monthly billing cycles.

If your business is mostly monthly subscriptions, you'll get the full picture. If you have a large proportion of annual subscribers, our predictions won't cover that segment yet. We're upfront about this because we'd rather you know exactly what you're getting.

What data do you pull from Stripe?

We read subscription metadata only — plan type, billing interval, status, tenure, coupons, trials, and payment failure history. We don't store customer names or emails. When you need contact details (e.g. to reach out to an at-risk subscriber), we fetch them on-demand from Stripe.

How quickly will I see results?
